Talent 300 is an immersive and transformative graduate program for young Bahrainis eager to explore the dynamic fintech industry. The program provides participants with the opportunity to work closely with experienced mentors from Codebase and gain real-world experience through a one year paid graduate work placement.

Successful applicants will undertake a one-year full-time employment contract as a Management Associate at Codebase. Upon successfully completing the program, graduates will be allocated a designated role based on their performance level.
